What is the Difference Between a Gazebo and Marquee?

Gazebos and Marquees are both outdoor structures which provide covering for an outdoor event. There are many difference between the both of these which people generally forget.

The main difference between a gazebo and marquee is the size. Gazebos are smaller for residential use, whereas marquees are larger for bigger outdoor events.

Another major difference between gazebos and marquees is their intended use. With gazebos generally being used for residential uses, for example, a covering over your seating area or a hot tub. Whereas marquees and intend to be used for much larger events, such as coverings for wedding receptions or festivals.

The final difference between a gazebo and marquee is the number of people they can hold. A gazebo can generally hold up to 12 people, suitable for a small family gathering. Whereas a marquee can hold as many as 400 people, making it more suitable for these lager events.
